So the cops have inserted themselves into the drug money game.. to "Support" their organization.
Not talking good guys or bad guys here.. just facts. If the cops are now in the drug money cycle... how are they different from the drug dealers or cartels who be-head people in Tijuana to control money? Answer: They aren't! The cops are part of the "Problem".. not the "Solution"... no?  Capone with deputy chief of police, John Stege, who eventually asked Capone to leave Chicago |
