Big business people want to go along and get along and make as much money as they can in whatever circumstances; they fear conflict, are addicted to comfort, and the last thing they want to do is "be a hero." Which is why Ayn Rand was full of shit, incidentally. There isn't going to be any Galt's strike. There are only going to be big business types grubbing for whatever money they can make, whatever the tax or regulatory regime. Who is John Galt? An infantile fantasy and nothing more.
