17. Anyone stopped by the police
Never, ever say constitutional rights or any amendment. Always say " my lawyer has instructed me not to say anything until he is present". I've been around lots of cops. If you mention constitutional rights, they roll their eyes, every time. If you mention YOUR lawyer, you get their attention. Cops hate the constitution, unless they are the ones in trouble, then they are the first to scream them. I hate to generalize, but in this case I'm afraid it is almost universal.
