39. No I am not wrong. You tell me how he could even SEE what the dog did
vis a vis his TRUNK while sitting in his car, that he refused to leave when asked to step out by the BP. What, was the dog the size of a small elephant? A standing german shepherd sized dog (and it could have been a beagle, who knows? I'm going for the larger dog, here) is hidden behind the average sized trunk. So's a sitting one--and that's how they alert. They don't bark and scratch your paint--they simply ..... SIT DOWN.

Keep defending this guy. I'm betting he treated those cops like he treated this churchgoer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hdtJwg_8aG8&feature=related

That's probably what aroused the suspicions of the officers--a flash-temper, pugnacious attitude, you know, like people on meth often have. He also refused to exit his vehicle--my guess is the cops may have thought he was high on something, if his behavior was at all like it is on his YOUTUBE hatefest videos.

He easily could have continued to refuse the search while complying with the request to exit the vehicle, but he was the one who locked himself in that car.

Smells like a publicity stunt to me. Bet he's getting more hits on his hate-fest sermons now than ever!
