If anyone is being smug, it's you, acting as if you were Edward R. Morrow on the scene, and "knowing" that this guy's rights were violated.

You're also the one being a name-calling blowhard, suggesting that I'm an "enabler" who will bring on Nazism (note--if you bring up Nazis or Hitler in a discussion to prove your point, you lose. It' a rule) or authoritarianism.

I've said, over and over again (despite the fact that this guy is a crazed, rightwing, hatemonger racist--and I can PROVE that) that I have no problem waiting for the judge.
