The State Police arrested this guy, not the border patrol. They arrested him because the BP called for help because the guy was being combative. Both agencies called him that.

He never filed a complaint against either agency. That's probably the most telling bit of all. He just put up his YOUTUBE whine. If you have a case, you file a complaint.

Then, after you've reviewed everything here, have a look at his videos--the Jew hating, the yelling at the guy who protested his insults about Obama, the Pissing one...and even look on the net at his "Jesus wore pants" rant. The guy is playing with less than a full deck--IMO.

It would not surprise me that such a vocal and aggressive person would fail to understand his duties as a citizen, and make assumptions about interacting with authorized representatives that are incorrect. He probably could have been gone in five minutes if he rolled down his window and said "Good Evening." When the BP says "Are you a US citizen?" or "May I see your license?" he says "Yes" and is on his way in short order. Instead, he apparently rolled up (or never rolled down) his window and refused to move from the roadway when directed by the BP. He sat there in his car blocking the road and refusing to cooperate. He didn't have to agree to a search, but he fucked up when they told him to move and he didn't. Then, he fucked up some more when he failed to obey the DPS guys--but that's a different story altogether. They never would have even showed up if he'd not been paranoid with the BP, IMO.

However, like I said, I'll wait for the judge.
