I have no need or desire to watch or even need to be aware of this American's religious positions...doesn't matter...

The issue is simple...

For thirty years Americans have been "trained" and beaten into submission to the State...

As for him not filing a complaint...we are not his attorney...even though he said his attorney said he had a case...maybe the attorney looked up the case law on this very subject and found that he really doesn't have a case...

But it wouldn't stop me either...I would be on Youtube too...anywhere I could...to let Americans know what really is going on in this Nazi-like America we've come to live in...

Americans are starting to wake up to our Constitution and what it actually says...even though we are all a bit late to the party on this one...most of our Constitutionally Guaranteed rights have been wiped away through Supreme Court decisions that if they were handed down 200 years ago...Americans would be in the streets revolting again...creating yet another government...

It's a sad state of affairs when you wake up and realize you are not free anymore..."for the public good"...

And on this very subject...the Supreme Court was wrong...look up the dissenting opinions...

They warned of this decision being used just like this American has now experienced...

The orginal decision was based on "facts that do not bear the full light of day"...

Being beaten and having his personal property destroyed was not even considered as an outcome of their decision...so on this point he may genuinely have a case...extreme and excessive force against a citizen...


As for my duties as a "citizen"...my duties are to the original Constitution defending myself and my family against these blantant attacks on my liberty...
