A tazer is a license to kill. When the cop says, "You're under arrest. Get out of the car." Get out of the car! Lots of cops are sadistic and would love nothing better than an excuse to work you over. They have utter disdain for your civil rights, and they aren't afraid to be sued either. Also, refusal to comply after being arrested puts the good cops in a bad spot and compels them to use force to restrain you. Right or wrong, never fuck with armed people.
