I think the reason this guy hasn't filed a complaint is because the video in its totality (not a heavily edited ten second snip) is on the side of the BP and the Staties.

Yes, cops can make up crap. But not all cops do that. Most don't, actually--but that's no fun (everyone wants to paint the police as evil "others," when they're recruited from....US. Yes, US).

Not all people arriving at roadblocks are sweethearts, either. If this guy was half as belligerent as he is in church, I'd be on my guard if I were a cop, too.
