This kind of thinking is why we're no longer free...you actually agree that someone asserting their Constitutional rights when confronted with Police State Tactics is..."misconduct"...

I must agree...currently...due to misguided and poor legal thinking from the Supreme Court has taken away the 4th Amendment guarantees...thus negating any legal case he would have had...say 35 years ago, he would have had a case...but...this doesn't change the fact that we once had that right and we should get it back...

That's what I've been defending here...nothing more...or less...
