What this pastor said is not hearsay but his first-hand account of what he experienced...based soley on the evidence shown in the clip...absolutely...I do defend this American...not anything else!

I would defend you...to believe and say whatever you want to whomever you want but you don't afford this same Constitutional right to this pastor...

That, thank god, is not your choice...

And to repeat that I'm defending "hate speech...and convicting a couple of cops..."...is a position you created in your mind!
