Cops should be able to drag people from their cars and beat them senseless for no reason? Because he KNEW he was clean and wanted to cop to prove his accusations, knowing the cop was just messing with him because he didn't like his attitude?

Despite what you seem to think, we do have privacy laws in this country that are supposed to protect people from from being assaulted for no reason other than disrespect of cop.

I've had cop pull me over on blatant lies. It is nothing new. Thankfully I have a lawyer on retainer, so the nazi type shit they were pulling here doesn't happen. I love the look on their faces when I hand over my license, with my lawyers card on top. They tend to be MUCH more polite then.
