Just fing the woman in contempt and bring charges against here in the House. Don't even bother to attempt getting a US Attorney involved.

Scrub the rust off the machinery for Congressional enforcement of its own orders. Each Branch of government must have the capacity to enforce its orders or it becomes unequal to the other Branches. It's way past time to put signatures to the documents that allow enforcement of Oversight.
