That humidity can up one's chances of heat stroke considerably. When a body can't throw off excess heat... but I don't have to tell someone from your 'hood about that ;)
Honestly, these fashion nazis who insist their personal tastes trump common sense consideration about the climate are silly! Shall I invite them up to my 'hood in January for a funeral and see how they dress? Bet it would not be basic little black dresses. :rofl:
