Corruption? Why does the address for 21st Century Systems Inc. lead to a house in VA?

Senator Ben Nelson (Dino-Neb) has recently received attention for his earmarking of $7.5 million on behalf of 21st Century Systems Inc.

Today, I looked that company up in a federal contracting database:

You will notice the address:
12152 WINDSOR HALL WAY
HERNDON, VA 20170

I will note that this address leads to a house in Virginia:

Could this be an indicator that there is some type of corruption going on here?

Senator Nelson has received a large number of contributions from this pac, as other DINO dems have, and even one good Democrat, and this is disappointing in the most severe way, James Webb, better known as Senator Jim Webb. UPDATE: I just found Bob Casey too. :cry: Oh shit, I just found Jack Reed.
