10. contempt charge has to go to the house for vote
preliminary reports indicating that a vote on it in the house won't happen until after AUGUST recess

let's assume the following:

1. they actually bring it to the house after August recess and haven't weenied out by then

2. it makes it to the voting process

3. it passess and contempt charges are served

what are the dems prepared to do when the bushies piss on it?

are they prepared to take the next step?
