with Michael's permission! When your insurance company, IF you have insurance, refuses to pay a claim, tell them you know Michael Moore and you will be calling him. Then tell them Michael will be putting YOUR medical story on his SiCKO DVD...to be released soon! DO IT! Go here and download the card:

I'm doing this! I had a MAJOR claim denied by BC/BS a couple of years ago and I'll be damned if they'll get away with that again.
