corporations and their barons.
THIS IS THE MOMENT - for the corporations to shine. They have the equipment and humanity needs to right some wrongs. Let's see if the corporations and the politicos they and the barons own are humane.
We DON"T have to assume the usual divisions - countries and oil companies. We can think humanity. The area belongs to the people and the sea life.
