...I expect it was the typical tough talk of the coward.

First, Tucker said that a man once accosted in a bathroom. He escaped, but returned to the scene of the crime with a friend and "hit him against the stall with his head, and then the cops came and arrested him."

Amid our suggestions that he'd committed a crime at best (he has no grounds to claim self-defense) and a hate crime at worst, Tucker released a statement a few hours later: "...(W)hile I was a high school student, a man physically grabbed me in a men’s room in Washington, DC. I yelled, pulled away from him and ran...a friend of mine and I returned to the men’s room. The man was still there...My friend and I seized the man and held him until a security guard arrived..."

A typical coward indeed--going directly to the cops would have been a lot more courageous than returning with some extra muscle." But why did he gamble that the man would still be in the bathroom? Well, if there really WAS an arrest, there MUST be a record of it along with your sworn statement, hmmm?
