As someone who was widowed myself, I can guess some of what you might be feeling(though of course it's never the same for anyone).

Know you are in the thoughts of a lot of people here at DU.

The road you are going to walk will be hard, but there are more people walking it than you'd guess.

Eventually, maybe, you notice that the sun continues to rise and the Earth to turn.

But take the time you will need(you'll need a lot of it)to work your way through this.
