2. It says that Hillary can keep her cool
I am not an expert about what went down in 1994, but from what I have read it looks like the Republican majority in Congress had decided to sink Hillary's proposals before they even read them.

They wanted to make the Clinton-Gore administration look ineffective as part of their grand plan to win back the Whitehouse in 1996.

The only problem with this plan was that they couldn't find a more dynamic candidate than Bob Dole.

I don't think Hillary feels responsible for how Congress reacted to her proposals.

But I do think she has learned from it and grown as a person and as a politician since 1994.
