Tagger damages Orange County's famed Crystal Cathedral

(09-25) 16:45 PDT Garden Grove, Calif. (AP) --

An unidentified tagger did tens of thousands of dollars of damage to the landmark Crystal Cathedral and its buildings, a church spokesman said Tuesday.

The tagger, who was recorded by security cameras, struck around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, as the church was hosting a community festival, said Ben Rhodes, a cathedral spokesman.

Church officials later determined that the tagger, who appeared to be in his early 20s, etched the symbol "B1R" into 11 locations on the church and its buildings.

"B1R" = BONER :rofl:

Schuller isn't a hyper-nutso fundie so i doubt there's any symbolism there. just an idiot tagger who thinks he's clever.

let's hope Mr. Boner is found and gets to do some community service hours for being... well... a boner.
