15. Even with the historically low numbers, it won't happen
there's no will from mainline democrats to do it. And there are not enough votes in the senate to win. It won't happen and if Kucinich brings the matter up, he'll simply look shrill and garner ill will from his fellow democrats who will be forced to vote against him. Sure he'll end up on the moral high ground, but he'll be alone, and no one will congratulate him for it.
