I used to subscribe to XM, but after continuous price increases and the removal of several stations that I listened to I was out.
Then came the joyful experience of trying to cancel my account.
I was prepared with the stonewall I received, and ended up canceling the credit card they used for the monthly subscription fee. I've heard trying to cancel XM is worse than trying to cancel AOL.
