http://www.healthyhomeplans.com/home_plans/home_plan_detail.php?plan_id=24&start=1That site does have homes <1000 square feet, but the Journal Sentinel chose to show a house with more than 4,000 square feet and four bedrooms, 3 full/2 half baths including the basement to illustrate "not-so-big." It's also priced at more than $800,000, in a community where houses routinely sell for $150,000.
I like the sustainable design, but on what planet is this "not-so-big?"
