lines that if a guy this disorganized could figure out how to take hostages and gain national notoriety, why hasn't Al-Quaida been able to do the same thing? Some people worry night and day that they are going to be killed by terrorists. Rudy Guillianni is playing to that crowd. I could cause devastation and destruction in about two hours if I set my mind to it, and I'm just a middle aged, over weight housewife! So where's Al-Quida been? The only two possibilities that I can see is that

A. Al-Quadia only engages in plots of such Rube Goldberg complexity that they are always discovered and stopped

Or

B. Maybe Al-Quaida isn't the number one threat to the US?


I do note that some people calling themselves Al-Quadia have set off bombs in Iraq.
I also hope that the six year quiet spell continues.
