Here's All We Need To Know About The Spitzer Sting

Attorney General Michael Mukasey was made aware of the investigation because it involved a high-ranking political official.

Charges against Spitzer have not been decided and it depends mostly on "how aggressive the U.S. attorney wants to be," the law enforcement official said.

and yet harriet miers and josh bolton are running free and mukasey refuses to investigate them. its bad enough the GOP is already holding one democratic governor hostage as a political prisoner down in alabama.

if DOJ decides to go through with prosecuting spitzer, then its gonna be an open witch hunt for democratic nominees this season. mukasey is refusing to investigate miers and bolton. if he goes through with spitzer on far less charges, then its time to call bullshit. you can guarantee that the evil regime in charge now will be using the DOJ to try everything and anything they can before the election. spitzer could very well be the opening salvo.
