Joe Francis of Girls Gone Wild: another victim of Republicanism?

Seems some idiot "religious" republican in Florida didn't want him to film GGW in a small town there and his life became a nightmare because he did the shoot anyway.

I am no supporter of Francis but the legal harassment that has been directed at him is atrocious. More than 70 counts have been thrown at him and the charges have extended across state lines. GGW videotaped two 17 year olds who lied about their ages. The primary count is child pornography. He got off because the pitbull prosecutor stupidly showed the alleged "child porno" to Nightlines' Martin Basheer (who I detest with a vengeance for reasons that I am not able to expound upon at this point.)

All in all, this case is just another canary in the coldmine of the tattered Constitution in RepublicaMerika.
