Habeas Corpus was the FIRST RIGHT claimed against
King George by the founders because of his policy
of 'pressing' colonists into service in the British
Navy by hijacking American merchant seaman.

America without Habeas Corpus does not deserve to
be called a democracy and has abandoned the Constitution
in favor of international piracy.
