The MSM is hoping that they have found an angy white guy, mad at liberals and mad at his Christian upbringing which provoked him to do this.
They will spin it like that and is what evoked this and all should be wary of similar people or of raising their kids in a similar manner.

Of course that's how they'll paint it. He did pick a liberal chuch to shoot up, randomly or not, so no matter his true motives for wanting to shoot up a church in the first place, the liberal media will paint him as an evil fundamentalist christian, even though he's really a radical maltheist. Here's what one article said that caught my eye:

The FBI was assisting in case the shooting turned out be a hate crime, Police Chief Sterling Owen said. Police said they would hold a news conference Monday morning. The church promotes progressive social work, including advocacy of women and gay rights. The Knoxville congregation also has provided sanctuary for political refugees, fed the homeless and founded a chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union, according to its Web site.

It's only a "hate crime" if they can successfully paint it as an attack on a church for being liberal, it's not a "hate crime" if it's an attack on a church for believing in God. This is how godless, souless liberals operate when dealing "justice." The 1 million dollar bond is their version of giving him the benefit of a doubt that he only did it to kill evil God believers.
