Republican candidate for Congress Rick Goddard made a racially-tinged remark last week to describe NBC News reporter Ron Allen during an interview on a Georgia radio show.

"Last night, Newt Gingrich disarmed a very uppity newscaster who tried to question him on the capabilities and leadership of Governor Palin," Goddard said on a local radio show last week, referring to an interview between former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R) and Allen after Alaska Gov.
