A concrete substitute made from hemp could have better properties, but not this 6 times lighter and still stronger crap.
The reason why hemp is outlawed is because our government is just backwards, not because of some super secret conspiracy by the oil and cement companies. Hemp is certainly has plenty of uses, but it is no miracle plant that can save mankind.
