That she has actively prevented Levi from having as much contact with Bristol and eventually the infant Tripp as possible. Even Levi's sister Mercede mentioned that the entire Johnston family is persona non grata at the Palin home.

I also believe that had she become VP, Levi and Bristol would have married, so that POTUS beta 1.0 could have more strongly advocated her positions on birth control, abstinence, and anti-abortion from the White House.
