I was working a project about two years ago and I saw a train that was carrying vehicles.

The first half of the train was ordinary military vehicles, such as humvees and such painted in desert camouflage.

The second half of the train was carrying cars... dozens, maybe hundreds. They were all older (but not classic) and looked really roughed up (but not trashed).

We're talking old trucks, jeeps, SUV's, a few vans, some regular cars, and so forth. They all looked like they had been in the desert for a while. None of them were in good condition bodywise. Some of them had Arabic spray-painted on the side, not like graffiti but like someone had bought the car and relabeled it. They looked like stereotypical third-world cars.

What could that have possibly been about?
