5. Had something similiar recently in Maryland
Same scenario with the clipboard and wanting to "see if they could save me money". Wouldn't answer any questions about who he was working for. Said all of my neighbors had done it. But if I didn't show him the bills now, I would be missing out. Told him I wasn't interested, let the dogs bark at him, and closed the door. Didn't trust it at all. I don't trust anything that has to be done "now" with no questions asked.
