If you go to a private system, watch your costs go up and your health care become a luxury. What you say about the Canadian system is untrue as well. Hillary Clinton had proposed something similar during the campaign. Perhaps you can enlighten us as to whether the parents get the money or if the money is put in trust for the child's future.
