DALLAS � Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan is as we speak leading a protest outside ex-President George Bush's home in Dallas' Preston Hollow district. The march is sponsored by the Dallas Peace Center. Protesters were said to be gathering at Preston-Royal at about 4:30 p.m.,then walking a mile to John J.
