The Berlin Wall fell in Fall, 1989 and the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991...Raygun was out of office when both of those things happen. If it happened under anyone it happened "under Poppy Booosh". The fact of giving either of them credit is a right wing talking point and not based in reality.
