Here is the full video of a recent speech by VAMPIRE QUEEN Palin at the Southern Republican Leadership Conference ---

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fB1ZROAyaAg

While everyone is having their jollies that this walking disaster zone is road kill for the GOP, I watched this speech and came away thinking that despite her lunatic resignation as governor she is now doing exactly what she needs to do to win the presidency. We live in a country gone mad with corporate media that couldn't care less about their responsibilities and if Palin had shrieked that the Moon is made of Worcestershire sauce all the nuts there would still have roared their support while the corporate media would have covered for her by saying she was just being folksy. It's her style. She knows how to push everyone's buttons and peddle the red meat with cheap slogans everyone there loved.

I don't believe she's a blessing to the Democratic Party. I think she's dangerous. She has a glint in her eye, a never-ending smile and she makes her followers FEEL GOOD. What I saw in that speech was CHARISMA. I think she's a female Reagan, who, by the way, was ALSO an idiot and insane. She tells so many lies you can't keep up with them all to refute them. It's like what Mark Twain said, "A lie can make it halfway around the world while the truth is still putting on its galoshes."

I think we should stop loving Palin as a disaster for the GOP. I don't think she is. I think she's dangerous. And I think she has to be stopped.

Watch the speech. She's going straight for the party base - the nuts, the anti-environmentalists, the tea baggers, the gun nuts and the oil industry contributors. It's not just what she says. It's that she will have the oil industry bankrolling her to get that message out and force it down everyone's throats like a toilet plunger strapped to a jack hammer on steroids. (Sorry, that's a triple mixed metaphor, I know.) Palin is combining oil industry money with street thug brown shirts. That's a very dangerous combination and it has a name. It's called FASCISM.

Okay, I admit it. I have my fun with her too. I particularly enjoy this interactive website spoofing a Palin Oval Office:

http://www.palinaspresident.us/

But enough. Now that the Supreme Court ruled that corporations are people and can buy elections, Palin is going to be right up there leading the invasion of the Teutonic Warrior Barbarians. There is no shame in anything she says, no nuance, no holding back at all. Palin has more BALLS than anybody else and any Democrat. It's all overdrive. It's utterly brazen and most people don't have the guts to stop someone with that much nerve. They want a Caesar and they're enthralled by it. Palin is no longer a lightning rod for criticism except among progressive sites. Among the viewers of the corporate media she's now a star and people will forgive and forget her mistakes because Obama is the central target and too many people want to hate him. So for many, as long as Palin is attacking Obama she can do no wrong. And in 2010 she'll rile up the base (the key to winning midterm elections since a lot of voters don't vote in midterm elections - it's all decided by the fanatics) who will be energized to rush to the polls while Democrats will be shell shocked by that onslaught and stay home. She's a bully and she's leading THE GREAT INTIMIDATION.

It's so over the top with no shame that she immediately corners the market on the GOP base. She is going to be the GOP nominee. It doesn't matter that she's a wacko. She's going to leave everybody else in the rear view mirror and never look back as she floors the gas peddle. While we're busy gloating that she can't win, too many of us are giving her a free ride (at least compared to the real gravity of the danger) and she will have built up too much of a head of steam to refute all the lies by the November 2012 election. We won't even be able to keep TRACK of all the lies by then and we will be confused by overchoice and squabbling over which lie to concentrate on most to refute. Democrats perpetually refuse to answer the other side until too late with our endless positive thinking seminars and she exacerbates that problem because she has so much diarrhea of the bullsh*t (sorry again for another mixed metaphor) that instead of answering we just laugh because we can't believe anyone could really believe all that crap. And then while we lie at anchor, they do. We love to laugh at her and so we are giving her too much of a free ride. Even though we criticize it's with a chuckle and we don't take her seriously enough.

And the GOP is going to retake Capitol Hill in 2010 which will only give her still more momentum. Never forget that Obama won against lackluster McCain and Palin is not a lackluster. And she is much more polished now than back then. She is a GOP star in the making and she is much more dangerous than most Democrats think. She has the guts to go for the jugular while other Republicans are hamstrung by worries about being moderate, which ties their hands behind their backs and makes them look like wimps. (Okay, they're NOT moderate, but they are more moderate than her, comparatively.)

Palin also isn't shackled by PRUDENT political consultants who are so busy pushing BLAND JUICE that they've got every candidate's brain marinated in formaldehyde (man, I gotta do SOMETHING about those multi-metaphors). This is the problem Democrats have: Blandville. Palin is unshackled and she can rip every opponent a new one. Obama doesn't go for the jugular. Palin does.

I'd much rather have somebody drab and shabby, lackluster and mumbling as the GOP nominee, even if he's not as radical as Palin. People are so quick to forget everything wise that they have already learned. They will leap up and say, "Yes! Yes! Cutting taxes will solve everything! Things were GOOD under Bush! If we let the rich get richer it will someday all trickle on us and we'll get rich too! There is no such thing as global warming! Drill baby drill!"

Palin is a DEMAGOGUE and we are too complacent about it. She's a FASCIST. We're laughing. We're chuckling. And the electronic servers were rigged in 2008 and Obama would have won by more otherwise. They were also rigged in 2004. They will be rigged in 2010 and 2012. When Palin is making her acceptance speech on election night 2012 you will all be shocked and saying, "Wha hoppen?" This country is coming unglued. Nobody is fixing the server issue, the electronic voting. Nobody is fixing the Supreme Court ruling that corporations can buy elections. You say she's an idiot who can't win? SINCE WHEN DID IDIOCY STOP A REPUBLICAN FROM WINNING???

Consider this. Nixon got caught red-handed taking gifts and it was thought his career was finished. He gave a tearful speech about how his dog Checkers had been a gift to him and said, "We're gonna KEEP that dog!" A few years later he came roaring back, won the presidency and spent 8 years trying to impose fascism even though every progressive was convinced he was surely finished.

Palin is a fascist demagogue who must be stopped now before she gets too much of a head of steam.

STOP PALIN NOW!
