Can you imagine how the media would have run stories about how the Democratic party is just the political arm of NBC? Yet, this is where we are now with Fox News, which employs Mike Huckabee, Newt Gingrich, Sarah Palin, and Karl Rove as frequent paid contributors.

The corporate media, of course, tries to play up a false equivalency by spreading rumors about MSNBC hosts considering runs for political office, but in the case of Fox, it has three of the top GOP presidential contenders in 2012 on its payroll right now. This would be equivalent to Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and John Edwards all being paid MSNBC contributors in 2005. Yet, this bias is once again largely ignored.
