Say, 2 to 4 Senators and 10 to 15 Reps.

And yet the media will harp as loud as it can about how the Democrats were "massacred" by this "decisive Republican victory" and how Obama is a "lame duck", "finished", "1994 all over again" etc etc etc.

You read it here first.
