Be glad that when the people of the State of Kansas decided on their capital punishment statutes, that they passed a version of that law that doesn't hasten that death along with a trip to the execution chamber.

No, you did not merit bail, you cringing piece of human filth. You admitted in open court that if released, you intended to continue murdering abortion providers because you don’t feel that you did anything wrong. That made you a major risk to public safety, and no judge worth his gavel would ever release a murdering dirtbag like you. Bullshit rationalizing “spin” might work on Fox News, but it doesn’t work anywhere else, dumbass.

No, you are not being subjected to “unreasonable” levels of scrutiny in regard to your visitors and mail. Terrorists like you are well known to operate as part of a larger group, and it is in our domestic security interest to ensure that you are not conspiring with other would-be terrorists from behind bars in order to carry out further murders. If you dislike it, tough. This is the life you chose for yourself the moment you pulled the trigger and murdered Dr. Tiller. Man up and deal with it.

No, we are not interested in listening to you whine about how cold your jail cell is, or how uncomfortable it is to sleep without your sleep apnea machine. Consider how cold your victim’s grave is, and consider the fact that you singlehandedly chose to stop Dr. Tiller from ever breathing again. Perhaps then you might intellectually comprehend our utter lack of pity for you. I would say that you might "understand" it, but understanding requires both empathy and a soul--NEITHER of which you possess.

No, we do not pity you because you were forced to appear without “court clothes”. Lots of murdering scumbags are forced into court in their prison jumpsuits. Obviously you consider yourself to be “above” those other murderers somehow, but your ego has nothing to do with the law. Appearing in court in an orange jumpsuit is not “cruel and unusual punishment”, not even for a spoiled, whiny, self-righteous little turd like you. Jeanne Tiller would probably trade everything that she owns for the chance to see her husband alive again in an orange prison jumpsuit. Put your Big Boy panties on and live with it.

We didn’t read any further into your asinine little screed, because frankly, we were bored. They don’t call it The Hard 50 for nothing, Mr. Roeder. Did you think you were going on a Caribbean cruise?
