Unless a cop tries to enforce the law, or refuses to enforce the law, you have no standing in court.

Like it or not, a cop is going to be at the center of this issue because that is their job.

They can chose to enforce the law, they can chose to ignore the law.

Either way, a cop is going to end up in court.

And the law is going to be struck down.
