Poll question: Who Will Ultimately Pay For The Oil Cleanup?
Advertisements [?]
This cleanup costs will be staggering: likely tens of billions of dollars, perhaps hundreds of billions, as well as obliterating a large percentage of the nation's seafood industry?

When all is said and done, who do you believe the Obama Administration and Congress will hold on the hook for the cleanup costs?
