Poll question: Is the DLC deliberately trying to throw the 2010 election & lower the Congressional majority?

First you had a pathetic lukewarm candidate who couldn't bother to even campaign for Ted Kennedy's seat. Then Evan Bayh times his "retirement" announcement to prevent any possibility of a REAL candidate being found to replace him. Now after selling out health care and financial reform, Chris Dodd is moving onto "greener pastures" and leaving a serial liar DLC clown to run in his place.

I have said on many occasion that the entire existence of the DLC is nothing more than a Republican infiltration into the Democratic party with the purpose of destroying it from within. But in this election cycle it seems like they're abandoning the pretense altogether. Are they deliberately taking a dive, in hopes that the Repukes regain Congress, and then they have a failsafe excuse NOT to do anything in the best interests of the American people?
