and ask Robert Gibbs.

We don't know what's going on behind the scenes, and often I've blamed Obama for doing nothing when in fact he was doing something (just hadn't advised me :7), but this is obvious that the bottom line here is that BP is still in charge.

I can understand him initially saying let them take care of it because they're the experts and know what to do, but after one failed attempt, maybe two, I would have sent in the muscle and taken over.

What's he waiting for?
