LIKE From 1945 to 1981 each percentile gained almost evenly in Income and Wealth. Economists labeled a Picket Fence Distribution. In 1945 the top 1% owned 30% of Total Financial Wealth. In those 35 years it was redistributed and in 1980 it was 20%. After 8 of Reagan they owned 36%. An 80% increase. Reagan gave them a 60% Cut in Earned Income Taxes and 47% Tax Cut in Unearned Income. He gave them a big cut by moving Revenue Sharing to Middle class Property Taxes. He gave Middle Class the biggest Tax Increase in history the Payroll Tax Increase and he capped the amount paid by Rich. He increased gas tax by five cents per gallon a tax increase mainly on Middle Class. He increased Defense Spending big time. A gift to wealthy stockholders of Defense Industry stocks. He increased Spending by 80% and Debt by 183%. Who got Rich? In 1980 we had 10 Billionaires. In 1989 we had 51.
Bush completed the job. Big Tax cuts for Rich. 403 Billionaires.
In 2008 Top 1% owned 43% of Total Financial Wealth 10% owned 70% 20% owned 93% 80% owned 7%=120,000,000 workers-Shafted
We will require a redistribution by Tax Policy.

It will take strong people not owned by the rich. First we need to Finance Campaigns and not allow outside money to be used at all to influence our government employees.Limite numbers of month to camopaign. Public financed debates only.
