11. Netherlands and England
How about England - whose British Petroleum has befouled our shores and fishing grounds, dealt falsely with our regulatory agencies, bribed officials of our regulatory agencies, probably destroyed about 1/3 of our seafood industry, and whose unlawful actions will most certainly be reflected in the pump price of gasoline and in the sticker price of CAFE compliant cars.

How about the Netherlands and England - whose Royal Dutch Shell who conspired with others (US) to topple Mohammed Mossadegh and impose Shah Raz Palevi on the people of Iran (Laying the foundation for Khomeini),and hiring a Cornell professor, David Pimentel, to attack alcohol fuels.

And what have they done to elections?
