He says in an article on CNN home page that the federal government has abused Louisiana long enough and it is time they helped. So he is blaming Obama and the Democrats for the slow response of BP. I think he should be kicked out of the Democratic Party he has been around that witch of a wife of his too damn long. Check it out...www.cnn.com
