Okay I'm finally able to get online. What have I missed since Sunday?

Verizon came today fixed our line (again) tested the box. proved it is our phone box. Tech even wrote our phone number on the case leading to the to the box panel (where you test the phone line.) He than looked around the houses and said my Land lady's line leads into the basement of her side. (Says it is an old connection.) unfortunately the land Lady wasn't there to here the tech.


Wife and I are debating if we should tell her this or if we should just not bother. We have disabled the wireless router to see if she knew we where connected when she connected her laptop it would show our router signal.


My wife also is wondering if this woman was saying she had no dial tone to justify the fact she was getting into our box. Ever since my Land lady's back injury she has been placed on a lot of medication She is also convinced someone is trying to kill her.

My wife and I are looking for a new place (we never signed a lease.) Problem is we have 3 cats (that are like kids to us. So we need to find a place that will allow cats.)


Long story short. What have I missed. Important stuff. Where should I begin.
